What's Invloved

Step 1: Before the consultation

Once you are booked in, you will be sent some paperwork to complete and return ahead of the consultation. You will need to sign some consent forms and fill in a detailed questionnaire one week prior to the consultation. This includes a medical history and a three-day food diary. This will enable me to build a holistic picture to help you achieve your health goals.

Step 2: Initial consultation

The initial consultation will typically last between 60-90minutes. This will involve a discussion of your health goals and concerns, and we will both agree on a personalised plan that fits with your lifestyle, budget, and preferences. This plan will be emailed to you post consultation.

During the consultation, supplements, functional, genetic, and diagnostic testing may be recommended to take the guess work out in supporting your health goals. These are optional and would be at an additional cost to you.

Step 3: Follow-up consultations

The follow-up consultations will review the progress-to-date, adjusting the plan to ensure it is working for you, providing support to ensure lasting behaviour change, answering any questions you have and to review any test results (if applicable).

Consultations are done via video conferencing such as Google Meet or Zoom.

The consultations are completely confidential as I am bound by the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine’s (BANT) code of ethics
